Letter to Alumnae

Hello,

My name is Kirtsen Ware and I am the Chairmen of Alumnae and Parents. My committee and I, along with the chapter believe having a good relationship with our alumnae is something that is very important.

They have been a part of shaping this chapter and helping it grow into what it has become today. We keep in contact with alumnae through a chapter alumnae group on Facebook. This is a great way to keep them updated on the different things that our chapter is doing and to invite them to events that our chapter holds.

We also give our alumnae the opportunity to get to know our active sisters through what we call family Friday. Our alumnae and parents chair posts a picture of a current family line in the Facebook group every Friday. The post includes some facts about the sisters pictured. At the end of each post, alumnae are encouraged to add these sisters on Facebook and connect with them further.

We hope to keep growing our relationship with our alumnae and hold alumnae events in the future.
